OUR PRODUCTION FACILITY
In the Rs.40 crore state-of-the-art eco-friendly plant located on 1,20,000 square feet of landscaped campus, BBT employs the latest technology, proven procedures and well trained workforce to deliver the right glass for the industry’s requirement – whatever it may be. Optimum utilization of our resources ensures a faster and cost effective processing of our customers’ requirement.
Our self-designed organise stocking bay ensures the right glass to be retrieved with minimal wastage of time along with safe handling of large sizes. The automatic loading and unloading bay makes sure our raw material is handles with utmost delicacy and safety.
In addition to our regular cutting machine, our Jumbo CNC Cutting line can handle glass sheets ranging from 5 mm to 19 mm in sizes up to 3 meters by 6 meters, the first and largest of its kind in India. This ensures minimal wastage of glass and faster processing of orders.
Multiple grinding machines handle glasses of various sizes and shapes.
Our CNC automated holes and cut out machines offer precision and the highest quality of glass for further fabrication into doors and similar applications.
A high-quality horizontal washing machine at the end of each critical pre-processing procedure allows for our glass to be cleaned immediately and avoids the occurrence of any scratches and staining.
Tempering – Our horizontal tempering machines with both top and bottom convection can handle jumbo sized glasses in large quantities ensuring reliable deliveries. Flat as well as bend tempering capability along with the availability of Heat Soaking machine allows us to service all of our customers' architectural glass requirements.
Double Glazing / Insulated glass – Our CNC double glazing line with robotic sealing attachment gives BBT the ability to produce 1000 square meters of double glazed panels per day.
Lamination – The best quality of laminated glass is ensured with temperature and humidity production along with optimal temperature controlled storage of the lamination interlayers.
Along with these, additional facilities of Screen Printing / Ceramic Printing as well as machine Frosting are installed at our premises.
Packaging & Delivery
A dedicated carpentry unit and in-house MS Fabrication unit customises packing requirements for safe delivery of our orders. Our well-planned dispatch bay ensures speedy organization and loading of our finished products.
